FIRST. PURPOSE OF THE PROPERTY: The property will be made available to the contractor as a vacation home or rental for the term of days and number of people stipulated in the reservation data. VIVIR EN EL CAMPO is responsible to the TENANT for the total correct offer of the services that its suppliers inform them to provide and the correspondence with the quality announced by them. The suppliers are responsible to the TENANT for failures in the complete provision and quality of the services described in this agreement. SECOND: SERVICES. The property has the following public services: Cleaning, Energy, Own aqueduct, Accommodation Service, and green area for cultivation space, equipped kitchen. PARAGRAPH: VIVIR EN EL CAMPO will not be responsible for failures in public services when they are the responsibility of the public companies that provide said service, such as the electric company, the aqueduct or the gas supplier company. VIVIR EN EL CAMPO is not responsible for cancellations, delays, damages or inconveniences caused or presented by forces of nature such as floods, earthquakes or any other event of force majeure or fortuitous event. VIVIR EN EL CAMPO and its suppliers will be exempt from the obligations contracted when causes of force majeure occur, that is, circumstances beyond the control of the person invoking them, abnormal and unforeseeable, the consequences of which could not have been avoided despite all diligence employed. THIRD: The total value of the reservation will be canceled with an initial deposit of fifty percent, always depending on what was agreed by VIVIR EN EL CAMPO plus a security deposit agreed in the reservation charges table, the remaining balance of the reservation will be canceled by consignment days prior to the arrival of the rental activity or upon entry to the property as indicated by VIVIR EN EL CAMPO, the only account destined to make the deposit is the COLPATRIA savings account number 2082094344 in the name of MARIA ZULMA GOMEZ DE DIAZ, THE REFERENCE MUST BE WRITTEN IN THE FORMAT AS IT APPEARS OTHERWISE THE PAYMENT WILL NOT BE CHARGED TO YOUR NAME PARAGRAPH: Cancellation of the reservation in prior days will be grounds for a penalty or fine equivalent to 100% of the total rental value. FOURTH. The term of this lease agreement will be the one established in the first box of this document that talks about the reservation data. FIFTH: The TENANT agrees not to give the property any use or purpose other than that determined in clause FIRST, it is strictly prohibited to hold events against morals and good customs, not to keep within the property hallucinogenic, explosive or harmful substances for health, its conservation, safety and hygiene and to give it a use that does not harm the moral or material credit of the property or disturb the tranquility of the sidewalk. SIXTH: VIVIR EN EL CAMPO is not responsible for accidents that occur on the destination property, responsibility that falls solely on the tenant. SEVENTH: The landlord will not be responsible for objects left or lost in the rental place or its surroundings. EIGHTH: Any damage caused to the facilities, belongings or other items of the country house must be canceled in full or repaired by the person who did it and if there is a security deposit it will be deducted from this deposit. NINTH: VIVIR EN EL CAMPO will not be responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or damaged items on the premises of the farm or country house by the tenant. TENTH: In the event that the tenant is unable to enter the farm or country house on the agreed day due to force majeure, he/she must notify VIVIR EN EL CAMPO 5 days in advance. The money already deposited cannot be returned, it will be kept for a future reservation, otherwise he/she will incur the fine agreed upon by the tenant.

THIRTEENTH: this reservation is agreed for a number of people, already established in the reservation data, if there are additional people they will incur an additional cost in case you have opted for the rental with food. FOURTEENTH: it is understood that when a person rents this property stated here, he/she knows and understands the different categories of the farm. That the characteristics of the rented property have been made known to him/her and he/she accepts them, including the entry and exit times, for which reason claims for this reason will not be accepted later. VIVIR EN EL CAMPO will have the right to EXPEL the group from the property without the right to a refund of money when the group exceeds the accommodation capacity agreed in the reservation letter and refuses to cancel the value of the additional nights as stipulated in the thirteenth clause. FIFTEENTH: THIS CONTRACT IS EXEMPT FROM WITHHOLDINGS OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF TAX VIVIR EN EL CAMPO IS A NATURAL PERSON.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE OWNER LANDLORD OF THE PROPERTY. FIRST: deliver the property in an excellent state of cleanliness and hygiene to the guest renting the property. SECOND: deliver the property in an excellent state of maintenance, with all the elements mentioned in the description of the property working perfectly. THIRD: ensure good attention to the guest renting the property during the time of delivery, stay and departure from the property; as well as the delivery of food in case food inclusion has been agreed. FOURTH: to promptly resolve any anomaly, failure, or damage to the elements of the property while the tenant is staying in the property. FIFTH: to respect the privacy of the tenant in the property.
